How it works
The Think Confidence Reality Check is a simple and easy way to find out how other people really perceive you. It's a fact that the way you perceive yourself is often very different to the way others see you.
You can invite friends, colleagues and relations to complete the questionnaire on you. The more people you invite the better. We suggest a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 20 people. They will tell you how they view you in terms of:
Your communication and body language
Your character
Your personal style and approach to life
How you cope with conflict
Your confidence levels
Their overall impression of you
The questionnaire should only take your friends or colleagues a few minutes to complete. There are 35 multiple choice questions. We guarantee that all the replies remain anonymous. You won't know who said what about you - that way, people can give you their feedback openly and honestly. We collect all the responses and do all the hard work.
Once you've received 5 replies you can start to view your results on your 'My Activity' page.
