All your questionnaire results are automatically recorded on the ‘My Activity’ page

Can I download videos?

Videos can’t be downloaded. You’ll need to be online and logged onto the platform to watch our videos.

Where do I see my progress?

Once you’ve marked a video ‘watched’ your progress will automatically be recorded on the ‘My Activity’ page.

Where can I find details about my membership?

Details about your membership can be found on the ‘My Account’ page.

How does your money back guarantee work?

Follow the 4 Step Confidence Course over 28 days as our guidelines suggest. Try out and practise the confidence techniques covered. If you don’t feel more confident after 28 days of starting your membership, we will refund your payment in full and cancel your membership.

Why won’t videos play?

If you have a firewall, an anti-virus software enabled or if you’re connected to the Internet through a proxy server, you may need to white-list the domains below in order to access our videos. This may also be necessary if you’re accessing them through a private network.
